Kitty Treat Bags

1) Cut out eyes using the black paper and the nose with the yellow paper (approximately 1 inch). I used glitter paper for a bit more fun. 

2) Using a black marker, draw the whiskers.

3) Fold the crepe paper to make a bow and then pinch the center. You can glue or use a piece of tape to attach to the bag.

That's it! I used a few gems for the bow and you can add on the names for the little guests at the party.
