Decree

1. Paint a wood panel using gesso, acrylic paint, and glazes made with acrylic glazing liquid.

2. Select a bezel to use as the centerpiece of the artwork such as the Large Spellbinders A Gilded Life Crown Bezel.

3. Use Spellbinders A Gilded Life Crown Circle die to cut hand painted paper to create an inset for the bezel.

4. Cut more of the same hand painted paper to be placed underneath the bezel using Spellbinders Labels Thirty-Two die set.

5. Gather embellishments to be added inside the bezel.

6. Cut painted paper into circle and loop shapes using both Large and Small Spellbinders Standard Circles dies to use as further decorative elements both under and around the bezel.

7. Die cut and emboss a piece of gold craft foil using Spellbinders A Gilded Life Petit Monarch die. Snip off 4 of the die cut ends to use as corner pieces on the wood panel.

8. Layer and adhere all the elements using adhesive.
